Woodcock in a back garden off Barnes Wallis Way, Marske on 30th December late morning through to late afternoon. Good photographs taken.

Spotted Flycatcher, Wood Warbler, Firecrest and Willow Warbler in the Borough Hall trees, Barred Warbler and Whitethroat in Croft Gardens. Pied Flycatcher in the tree along Icky Alley. 9 Purple Sandpipers sat on the Heugh Breakwater.

29 Ring-necked Parakeets came in to roost in Poplar trees opposite the Woodcutter pub at 20:25 tonight.

The Little Tern colony at Crimdon has 80 pairs now, from only 60 last year. Common Scoter flock off Blackhall 150+.12 Fulmars on cliffs, 2 Grasshopper Warblers on clifftops.
